Enjoy an outdoor Poetry Nap and exclusive Saturday access to the exquisite and verdant Blake Garden in Kensington. Pack a picnic to enjoy with a friend and after your restful, poetic bliss, we invite you to luxuriate longer—dilly, dally, and dine into the sublime sunset.
Slip your shoes off, lie down, relax, and doze off to poetry and music of the masters woven into an extraordinary tale we call The Nature of Love.
Join us, Lady and Lord Dosis, time voyagers of the dream world, as we guide you through the fantastical cosmos.
Recline and cuddle with some of our most treasured poets from times past and present and awake to the sumptuous reality (or is it also a dream?) of Blake Garden in Kensington (the Berkeley Hills).
Bring a picnic, a picnic blanket you can lie down upon the Great Lawn, pillows, blankets and layers for warmth.
You do the resting. We do the rest.

Fun Announcement!
Part of your ticket proceeds will go to the launch of a new non-profit—Friends of Blake Garden—that will help facilitate the public participation in Blake Garden. Please consider becoming a friend and bring a checkbook to make additional donations to the new non-profit! Some possible future projects in the works are to renew the aging, beautiful, and unique all-glass greenhouse and restore the lovely Blake House to its former splendor.

Parking
There is some parking at Blake Garden. If parking is full, please look to park on Arlington Ave or in the lot off of Kensington Park Road.
What to Bring
Bring a picnic, a picnic blanket you can lie down upon on the Great Lawn, pillows, blankets and layers for warmth. Wear cozy pajamas or a robe if you’re feeling garden chicy cheeky.
What not to Bring
No alcohol in the garden. In order to have a peaceful, uninterrupted adult nap and picnic, although we love them dearly, please no dogs or children.
Refund Policy
Sorry there are no refunds, unless we get rained out; in which case we’ll offer you the choice of a refund or possible rescheduling.
